INCORPORATE
Pilates To Your Workplace
Our bodies were designed to move, so spending several hours a day sitting at a desk or in front of a computer can contribute to: postural problems, back aches, joint stiffness and a general feeling of lethargy and brain fog. Pilates can help prevent your team from experiencing these problems and for those who already do… Pilates can go a long way towards managing the pain and realigning the body to eventually overcome some of these postural issues.
An estimated 137.3 million working days were lost due to sickness or injury in the UK in 2016. This is equivalent to 4.3 days per worker… The second most common reason for absence (behind coughs and colds) was musculoskeletal problems (including back pain, neck and upper limb problems) at 30.8 million days (22.4%).

We can offer Pilates or Yoga classes at your workplace and tailor the level to the needs of your team. These sessions can be 45 – 60 minutes long, but with a whole day of feeling better for your team. All we need is a meeting room or appropriate space to place some mats and some willing colleagues.
Don’t just take our word for it…
